Hans Hufschmid
CHAIRMAN AND CEO
Hans Hufschmid is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Xonar Technology Inc. Prior to Xonar, Hans was a Founding Partner of AltB Partners LP, an alternative investment firm he sold in 2017. Hans founded GlobeOp Financial Services in 2000 with $13 million. Over the span of the next decade, GlobeOp grew organically to 2,500 employees across three continents, serving 200 clients representing $136 billion of assets under administration. GlobeOp was sold to SS&C Technologies in a $1 billion transaction in 2012.
Prior to founding GlobeOp, Hans was Principal at Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM) and co-head of the London office. He served on the risk management and management committee. Hans started his career at Salomon Brothers, working in New York and London, and he served as Global Head of Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading for his last 4 years. Hans was also a member of Salomon’s risk management committee.
Hans is from a small town in Switzerland and moved to the United States to attend University of Southern California where he received a BS in Business (USC ’83) and a MBA from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA ’85).
Hans is actively involved with USC and has been a member of the USC President’s Leadership Council for the past seven years. He endowed the Jayne and Hans Hufschmid Chair in Strategic Public Relations and Business Communication, has maintained an annual scholarship program for the USC Trojan’s Football Kicker since 2003. He also endowed the Hans Hufschmid Chair of Management at The Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
Hans is an avid runner and has finished 6 marathons around the world including Boston, Paris, and New York.
Greg Freiberg
President & Chief Development Officer
Greg Freiberg is President and Chief Development Officer of Xonar Technology Inc. Prior to joining Xonar, Greg was Managing Director at Island Capital Group, a $5 billion private equity and special situations firm. Before Island Capital Group, Greg worked at Coatue Management, a $60+ billion technology focused hedge fund and private equity platform. Greg also worked at Perry Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and at The Blackstone Group on their Park Hill Private Equity team.
Greg has a passion for performing arts and has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 2009. He sits on the Board of Directors (Chair, Development Committee) of Urban Arts, a non-profit organization focused on closing the achievement gap through the intersection of technology, education and art.
Greg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences and a minor in Consumer Psychology from the Wharton School.
Ira Rosenblum
cHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ira Rosenblum is Chief Operating Office of Xonar Technology Inc. Prior to joining Xonar, Ira served as co-founder and COO of AltB Partners LP, an alternative investment manager. Prior to that, he was co-founder and a member of the management committee of GlobeOp Financial Services from 2000 to 2012. Before founding GlobeOp, Ira served as director of security operations and treasury management at Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM) from 1993 to 2000.
Prior to LTCM, Ira managed operations at the New York offices of Salomon Brothers from 1987 to 1993 and L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin from 1983 to 1987.
Gus Nunziata
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Gus Nunziata is Chief Financial Officer of Xonar Technology Inc. Prior to Xonar, Gus served as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase. Gus has over 35 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operational Risk and Project Management. While at JPMorgan, he served as a member of a global management team reporting to the Executive Committee that implemented a strategic firm-wide solution for an oversight & control function that adhered to regulatory standards.
Prior to JP Morgan, Gus was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. He served as the Global head of the Control & Management Reporting, as well as the Shared Services division. Gus started his career at Salomon Brothers working in the New York and Tokyo offices. He was a member of the team that successfully launched Salomon Brothers as a member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Gus has a passion for sports, is an avid collector of sports memorabilia. Gus also wrote a book, Fantasy Sports Online for Dummies. He has been an active member of various Boards.
Gus graduated from Pace University with a BS in Accounting. He has held various FINRA licenses including Series 7, 24 and 99.
Andrea Dulberg
GENERAL COUNSEL
Andrea Dulberg is General Counsel of Xonar Technology Inc. Prior to joining Xonar, Andrea was General Counsel of AltB Partners LP, an alternative investment management firm. Prior to AltB, she was General Counsel of GlobeOp Financial Services, a hedge fund administrator. Andrea served as securities, corporate governance, and compliance counselor for more than 30 years. She was Chief Counsel at International Paper, where her responsibilities included all SEC reporting and advising the board of directors on corporate governance and compliance matters. Prior to that, Andrea worked in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., including corporate secretary and roles in global debt origination, asset-based financing, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Andrea served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Citigroup overseeing the legal aspects of Citigroup's asset securitization, debt, and equity offerings. Andrea began her career representing corporations and underwriters at the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Andrea has a passion for writing short stories and screenplays and is actively involved in refugee resettlement efforts in Westchester County, NY. She is also a volunteer teacher for financial literacy in after school programs throughout New York City.
Andrea earned a BA in economics and political science from Binghamton University, a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and attended Harvard Business School’s executive education program on corporate governance.
